Job Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop and form arguments and represent clients in wage and hour matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
• Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Exercise sound judgment in complex legal situations.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adaptability.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employment Class Action.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
