Associate Attorney needed for Carmel office

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on client interactions and the ability to manage a substantial caseload.

Duties:

• Manage and handle a large caseload effectively.
• Conduct meetings with and sign prospective clients.
• Engage in negotiation work and document review.
• Perform insurance reviews and reduction work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Offer after-hours appointments as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.
• Preferably have 1 year of relevant legal experience.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Indiana Bar.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in writing and document review.
• Experience with plaintiff's work is preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, businesses, and staff.
