Duties:

• Independently manage and litigate personal injury cases from initiation through trial.

• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court trials.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, updating them on case status and strategies.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other team members to ensure smooth case management.
• Stay current with legal developments and trends in personal injury law.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial practice.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including case law, statutes, and rules of procedure.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven trial experience and comfort in handling high-stakes cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.

• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
