Duties

• Advocate for injured clients through all phases of the legal process with empathy and efficiency.
• Conduct case assessments, including evaluating facts and potential outcomes of new client cases.
• Adhere to legal procedures and firm protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable personal injury settlements for clients.
• Oversee the finalization of settlement disbursements.
• Perform leadership and management responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona, or actively completing Character & Fitness requirements.
• Previous experience with plaintiff personal injury cases (preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage and thrive in a high-volume case environment.
• Demonstrated skill in effective written and verbal communication and negotiation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• An active member of the Arizona State Bar.
