Duties

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from start to finish

• Handle all aspects of case preparation including discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Work closely with support staff to maintain efficient workflow

• Attend court hearings and depositions as necessary

• Maintain organized case files and meet required deadlines

• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel

• Provide high-quality legal representation to clients while supporting case strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling workers’ compensation cases

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, professional, and adaptable demeanor

• Trial experience is a plus but not required

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California (required)
