The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in drafting, negotiating, and supporting intellectual property agreements while providing intellectual property due diligence for corporate transactions in the life sciences sector.

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate intellectual property licenses, including patent and trademark licenses.
  • Work on joint development, collaboration, and other strategic alliance agreements.
  • Negotiate technology licenses and services agreements, including software as a service agreement.
  • Manage distribution agreements and provide legal support for related transactions.
  • Conduct intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in intellectual property licensing and technology transactions.
  • Proven experience in intellectual property support, including due diligence for corporate transactions in the life sciences sector.
  • Outstanding academic credentials and a strong law firm background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
