• Maintain accurate and detailed billing records for all billable hours.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Experience in civil litigation, particularly on the defense side.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal cases, including depositions and court proceedings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
