Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, other attorneys, title companies, and government agencies.
• Draft and review real estate sale and purchase contracts.
• Prepare closing documents and assist with the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Set up corporate and LLC documents as needed for real estate deals.
• Maintain and organize case files.
• Conduct legal research as required for residential real estate matters.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
