Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong preference for cases involving governmental entities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in municipal litigation, including familiarity with civil rights law, the Texas Tort Claims Act, and land use regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
