Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications with high precision and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with junior associates and senior partners to achieve client objectives.
• Provide technical and legal guidance on matters related to intellectual property.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Expertise in areas such as network architecture, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, or cybersecurity is highly desirable.
• Ability to sit for the Patent Bar examination (Patent Bar registration is preferred).
• Strong scientific/technical aptitude and legal drafting skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Certifications

• Eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar examination.
• Patent Bar registration is preferred but not mandatory.
