The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land use and zoning law, with a proven ability to handle complex regulatory issues and provide strategic legal advice. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Legal Advice: Offer expert legal counsel on land use and zoning regulations, including compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Manage Land Use Projects: Oversee and guide clients through the land use and zoning approval processes for various development projects.

Requirements

  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
  • Experience: Should have experience in land use and zoning law, with a proven track record of handling complex legal issues.
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of land use, zoning, and environmental laws.
    • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
