The ideal candidate will be dedicated, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to effectively prepare and try cases in court when necessary.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, including preparation for and conduct of trials.
• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrate empathy, and build trust.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to update them on case progress.
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding case statuses, demands, and settlement offers.
• Strategically evaluate claims and formulate case strategies.
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure cases are managed efficiently.
• Display a proactive approach to resolving issues and client concerns.

Requirements:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Georgia Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with 1st chair trial experience.
• Demonstrated success in personal injury or similar legal practice.
• The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
