Duties:

  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on executive employment agreements.
  • Design and administer equity incentive plans, including profits interest plans.
  • Provide legal guidance on compensation and benefits issues during M&A transactions.
  • Advise on various executive compensation matters, including compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage complex compensation-related documentation and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
