Duties

• Manage and conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation activities
• Draft discovery documents, responses, and legal pleadings
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies
• Prepare motions and other legal documents for review
• Collaborate with and prepare witnesses and experts for trial
• Organize and manage trial preparation materials, including exhibits and binders
• Argue law and motion in court hearings

Requirements

• Active California State Bar License
• A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience in a plaintiff’s law firm
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong legal writing and verbal communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar

Certifications
