  • Provide expertise in joint venture and project finance, focusing on optimizing financial outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough research related to real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Manage diverse projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of real estate transaction experience.
  • Bar membership in good standing in CA.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar membership in good standing in CA.

Skills:

  • Broad experience in real estate transactions.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
