Corporate Investment Funds Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support on private equity fund formation and structuring matters.
• Draft and review fund documentation, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and research on investment opportunities and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop fund strategies and investment structures.
• Assist in negotiations and transactions related to fund investments and operations.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting investment funds.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• 3 years of corporate law experience, focusing on private equity fund formation and related matters.
• Strong understanding of securities laws, investment regulations, and corporate governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
