Job Title: Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle real estate and business litigation matters, including drafting, filing, and responding to motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Provide transactional support on real estate and business matters.
• Collaborate directly with the senior litigation attorney to manage cases efficiently.
• Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and preparation of legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal matters about real estate, business law, and estate planning.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law, with litigation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tax law, business transactions, and estate planning is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association (required).
