Workers' Compensation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their Los Angeles office. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on Civil Litigation cases focused on Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation claims. Duties:

• Advocate for clients in Workers' Compensation proceedings, providing expert legal guidance throughout the process
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex issues, and develop strategic case plans to address clients' needs
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiating favorable settlements, and achieving positive results
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and positive outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues, gathering evidence and preparing cases to strengthen client positions
• Stay updated on relevant legal precedents and regulatory changes in Workers' Compensation law
• Contribute to team discussions and support a positive workflow within the legal team

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law
• Active California State Bar License and membership in good standing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to handle a caseload with efficiency and meet deadlines
• A strong desire to collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership in good standing

• Expertise in Workers' Compensation law and proceedings
• Excellent research and legal writing skills
