Duties

  • Supervise support staff as needed and ensure effective case management.
  • Draft motions, legal documents, and perform case preparation for court proceedings.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records for each case, ensuring quality and accuracy in all legal documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide a supportive, team-oriented approach to casework.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and personal growth within the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, with specific experience in employment law preferred.
  • Proficiency in drafting complaints, managing discovery, and preparing motions.
