This full-time role is perfect for a detail-oriented attorney with a strong background in discovery processes and litigation support. The successful candidate will work closely with trial attorneys to gather crucial evidence and develop case strategies for personal injury cases, with an emphasis on uncovering key facts through discovery.

Duties

• Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of discovery materials in personal injury cases.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, document production requests, and subpoenas.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to identify key evidence and assist in developing case strategies.
• Conduct depositions and help prepare witnesses for trial.
• Manage discovery deadlines and ensure all necessary documents are filed on time.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of personal injury law and the litigation process.
• Proven ability to analyze discovery materials and identify important case details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including research and writing.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
