The successful candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. This role involves managing cases from inception to resolution, ensuring clients receive the support and representation they need throughout the legal process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims, including case management and litigation.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and options under workers' compensation law.
  • Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
  • Manage case timelines, deadlines, and documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a fully accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership with the Florida State Bar.
