Personal Injury Attorney

Location:

• Atlanta, GA 

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including litigation and trials
• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Prepare and present cases in court
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and options
• Negotiate settlements and manage case resolutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and developments

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of courtroom and trial experience
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
• Ability to handle personal injury cases from intake through trial
• Strong negotiation skills and legal knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Tennessee Bar license
