General Liability Partner

A law firm in Blue Bell, PA, seeks an experienced General Liability Partner to lead and manage the firm's general liability practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive trial experience and a proven track record in handling complex general liability matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle cases, class action litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the firm's general liability practice, providing strategic direction and mentorship to junior attorneys.
• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of litigation experience, with a significant focus on general liability matters.
• Proven track record of successful trial outcomes.
• Experience in handling premises liability, motor vehicle cases, class action litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.
• Strong business development skills and a portable book of business preferred.

Education and Certifications:
