Duties:

  • Handle general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
  • Independently conduct legal research and draft substantive pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Organize, conduct, and manage discovery, including e-discovery
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex commercial disputes
  • Maintain and build client relationships by providing exceptional legal advice and client service
  • Participate in court appearances, negotiations, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation matters
  • Strong research, drafting, and litigation management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to providing high-quality client service

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to or eligibility to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar
