The role involves managing a variety of cases, and the candidate must have strong legal writing and research skills. Experience in insurance defense is considered a plus. This position allows for remote work, provided the attorney is licensed to practice in a state where one of the firm’s offices is located. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of bankruptcy litigation cases
• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with legal teams across multiple offices
• Potential for travel depending on case requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience
• Bar admission in Illinois
• Experience in insurance defense is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong relationship management and client communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Illinois.
