The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, technological proficiency, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will manage and oversee a caseload, ensuring cases progress seamlessly from inception to trial, with strong support from the firm's team, including paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury matters
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion, including trial preparation and court appearances
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants

Requirements:

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Technological proficiency, including experience with legal case management software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
