Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and support on private offerings and venture capital transactions.
  • Assist in corporate transactions for tech companies, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financing.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to blockchain and cryptocurrency matters.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal and state blockchain technology and cryptocurrency laws.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on complex legal issues and transactions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments in the blockchain and crypto.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate law at a major law firm.

  • Membership to the State Bar of Oregon.
