Duties

• Conduct legal research using platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

• Assist in all aspects of the discovery process, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation
• Provide general support to the legal team in specialized areas as required

Requirements

• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise legal advice
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
