The role is ideal for an experienced attorney passionate about advocating for individuals who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful cases, shape legal strategies, and collaborate with a high-performing legal team focused on excellence and justice.

Duties:

  • Oversee personal injury cases from pre-suit through trial

  • Develop case strategies and coordinate with internal legal support teams

  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, discovery documents, settlement demands, and trial preparation materials

  • Represent clients during depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings

  • Partner with leadership to optimize litigation processes and outcomes

  • Contribute to staff development initiatives and provide mentorship within the legal team

  • Participate in building a results-driven, collaborative litigation department

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of handling Plaintiff-side personal injury matters with favorable resolutions

  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and personal injury laws

  • Proficiency in preparing legal documentation and managing complex case files

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate

  • Licensed and in good standing with a State Bar (multi-jurisdictional licensing a plus)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  • Admission to the Florida Bar or ability to obtain admission

Skills:

  • Strategic legal thinking and advocacy

  • Strong written and oral communication

  • Legal research and analytical abilities

  • Case evaluation and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with legal software and case management tools
