A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for their Austin, TX office. The Real Estate Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, lending, development, entitlements, and permits. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a strong work history, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

 

Duties:

  • Reviewing and drafting real estate transaction documents.
  • Conducting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Negotiating and structuring real estate deals.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
  • Handling closings and facilitating property transfers.
  • Researching and analyzing real estate laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with land use and zoning issues.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals on real estate projects.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong work history.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Texas.

 

Skills:
