Job Overview: A prominent law firm based in Irvine, CA, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creditor representation, litigation, and some exposure to bankruptcy cases. This role offers an opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with significant courtroom exposure.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters, with a focus on creditors' rights.
• Handle bankruptcy cases and related legal proceedings.
• Manage client communication efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and effective solutions.
• Engage in courtroom representation, handling various stages of litigation from case initiation to resolution.
• Provide strategic solutions to clients' legal challenges, aiming for effective case management and results.
• Collaborate with a legal team, while also working independently on cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in creditor representation.
• Experience or familiarity with bankruptcy law.
• Strong courtroom experience.
• Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:
