Job Overview

The ideal candidate must have experience handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Additional exposure to securities offerings, corporate finance transactions, and joint ventures is considered a plus. Duties

• Handle complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Assist clients with corporate finance, securities offerings, and joint ventures
• Draft and negotiate transaction-related documents, including purchase agreements and corporate governance materials
• Conduct due diligence and provide risk analysis for corporate transactions
• Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters related to business transactions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategic business solutions

Requirements

• Experience handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Exposure to securities offerings, corporate finance, and joint ventures (preferred)
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-driven environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida State Bar (preferred)
