Duties

  • Provide legal counsel on energy and infrastructure project finance, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Advise on tax equity structures and their implications in transactions.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with a global team of legal experts to deliver top-tier client service.
  • Conduct due diligence and draft transaction-related agreements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk assessment for energy and infrastructure deals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions.

Education
