Junior Level Tax/Private Wealth Associate Attorney

As a Junior Level Tax/Private Wealth Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in preparing documents related to estates, trusts, tax, and corporate operations. The successful candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues. This position requires the ability to manage a fast-paced and complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating potential issues. You will be part of a dynamic legal team, and your work will involve areas of tax law, estate planning and administration, as well as trust and probate matters. The candidate should be admitted to practice law in Florida and will ideally have 1-3 years of estates/trusts and tax law experience.

Duties:

• Prepare legal documents for estates, trusts, tax, and corporate operations.
• Conduct research on tax laws, estate planning, and administration.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on private wealth matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop and execute legal strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and consultations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
• Review and analyze financial and tax documents.
• Assist in the resolution of legal issues related to tax and private wealth matters.

Requirements:

• A strong academic record.
• 1-3 years of experience in estates/trusts and tax law.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• CPA designation or LL.M. in Taxation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

CPA designation or LL.M. in Taxation.
