Duties:

• Handle energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity structuring, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams on client matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for complex deals.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, project finance, tax equity, or mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong academic credentials from a recognized institution.
• Experience working in a major law firm or an equivalent professional setting.
• Familiarity with regulatory and transactional aspects of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
