Duties:

• Work alongside legal assistants, paralegals, and clerks to develop and execute case strategies

• Draft motions, legal memoranda, and related filings

• Participate in client consultations and negotiate plea agreements when appropriate

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Minnesota or awaiting bar exam results

• Demonstrated interest in criminal defense litigation

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

• Willingness to appear frequently in court and engage in client advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed (or awaiting licensure) to practice law in the State of Minnesota
