Job Duties

  • Handle public securities offerings, including both equity and debt.
  • Provide legal advice and services in equity and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Work closely with clients to provide exceptional client service.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex capital markets issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including offering documents and transaction agreements.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engage in business development and marketing activities to support the firm's growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in equity and debt capital markets.
  • Significant experience in public securities offerings, including both equity and debt.
  • Major law firm experience preferred.
  • Bar membership in WA state.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Active Bar membership in Washington State.
