Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join its team. This position involves litigating family law cases, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice to clients.

Location:

Duties:

• Litigate family law cases in court on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance
• Represent clients in mediation or arbitration proceedings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and family law procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
