Duties

• Provide legal counsel to corporate clients on various issues related to corporate and commercial law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for clients.
• Ensure clients' operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Represent the firm during negotiations and in meetings with clients and external parties.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the corporate sector and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience practicing corporate law.
• Strong negotiation abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Proficient in legal research and staying updated on industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California (or eligibility to practice in California).
