Associate Attorney

Pikesville office of our client seeks an associate attorney with some experience. The candidate will be taking Client Intake. Drafting Pleadings/Motions. Responding to Pleadings/Motions. Interacting with Clients and attending Hearings. Making Trial Preparation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Maryland and are in good standing. Must have experience in primarily Family, Civil and/or Criminal with litigation experience. Be able to take the initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.

The candidate must be well organized and with a high degree of attention to detail. Must work well independently. Must have excellent research and writing skills. Must work well with others. Must take the initiative when faced with a problem or challenge. Must be willing to assist in all areas in managing and preparing a case, if needed.
