Trust And Estate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Trust and Estate Attorney for their Beverly Hills, CA location.

Job Overview:

The Trust and Estate Attorney will be responsible for leading both basic and complex probate and trust administration matters. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience and be experienced in the administration of California trusts and estates. Tax experience or probate litigation knowledge is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Lead basic and complex probate and trust administration matters
• Provide legal counsel on estate planning matters
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Handle trust and estate litigation matters, if necessary
• Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in the legal process

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in trust and estate law
• Experience in the administration of California trusts and estates
• Strong knowledge of estate planning laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
