The role involves managing personal injury cases from start to finish, leading a team of paralegals, and providing high-quality legal services to clients. Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ 

Duties:

  • Lead and mentor a team of paralegals, supporting them in case preparation and management.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to discuss case strategies and treatment options.
  • Draft and review demand letters, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
  • Audit case files for compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain a personal book of business, fostering relationships within the community and legal field.
  • Engage in marketing efforts to promote the firm and attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on developments in personal injury law to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor legal support staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
  • Marketing experience and a book of business are highly desirable.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license; licensure in multiple states is a plus.
