Duties

• Collaborate with external entities such as court clerks, prosecutors, police departments, guardians ad litem (GALs), and the Division of Family Services.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive case documentation and files.
• Perform in-depth legal research to develop effective case strategies.
• Draft and submit motions, objections, briefs, and post-trial documentation.
• Prepare witnesses and exhibits for trial, conduct examinations, and deliver compelling arguments during trials.
• Advocate passionately for clients, ensuring their best interests are protected.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in family law and estate planning.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
