Duties

• Manage a large caseload, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
• Draft and review legal pleadings to guarantee compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represent clients at hearings, status conferences, and other proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Provide strategic, creative solutions to complex legal problems in the foreclosure space.
• Collaborate with colleagues to mitigate client risk and advance legal objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Strong ability to handle a high-volume caseload and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Education

Certifications

• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
