Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a seasoned Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join its New York City office. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a team of skilled legal professionals on high-stakes patent, trademark, and IP litigation across federal courts and potentially before the PTAB. The role involves comprehensive case involvement and provides a platform to develop and showcase litigation expertise.

Duties

• Manage and execute written discovery tasks.
• Prepare and draft persuasive legal briefs.
• Conduct and oversee depositions.
• Collaborate with and direct expert witnesses.
• Engage in detailed trial preparation.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Demonstrated strength in legal writing and communication.
• Eligibility or current bar admission in New York State.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law institution.

Certifications

• Must be licensed or able to qualify for bar admission in New York.
