Mid-level Fund Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview: An established law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This position is ideal for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, with a preference for those familiar with finance law.

Duties

• Support and manage fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring group.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex finance-related legal agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to inform finance transaction strategies.
• Provide thorough and effective communication and guidance to clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards in all finance matters.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in transactional law; finance law experience is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, with strong research and analytical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.

• Proficient in drafting and negotiating finance-related legal documents.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
