Duties:

  • Handle civil litigation cases, including business and employment law matters.
  • Collaborate with partners on multi-state business law cases.
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain direct client communication and provide legal counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal procedures.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation, business law, or employment law.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Admitted to the Texas Bar (additional licenses in Florida, Georgia, or California are a plus but not required).
