Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview
A distinguished law firm in New York City is seeking a highly motivated, New York State-licensed attorney with 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation and creditors' rights. This role involves working on a variety of legal matters, including foreclosures (both commercial and residential), bankruptcies, lender liability defense, and commercial collections. Duties

  • Handle cases related to commercial and residential foreclosures
  • Manage bankruptcy filings and creditor defense cases

Requirements
