Duties

• Draft employment-related documents, including:
  • Employment agreements
  • Separation agreements
  • Restrictive covenant agreements
  • Workplace policies
  • Position statements
• Counsel clients on a broad range of employment-related legal matters.
• Provide employment-related support for corporate transactions.
• Conduct and assist with employment-related investigations.
• Represent clients in employment litigation, as needed.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of substantial experience in employment law.
• Proficiency in drafting complex employment-related agreements and policies.
• Ability to counsel clients on sensitive employment matters effectively.
• Experience with corporate transactions and employment-related investigations is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility for prompt admission.
