Professional Liability Attorney

Job Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; additional admissions in neighboring states a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on professional liability defense or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in professional liability or related practice areas.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.
